The Housing & Care Decisions Workshop Series is a hands‑on program that helps older adults and families plan proactively—long before a crisis limits choices.
Through 9 interactive sessions at the Guilford Community Center (with one offsite visit) and an optional 10th one-on-one personal session, you’ll learn by doing: completing assessments, exercises, and planning tools that build toward a clear, personalized Housing & Care Plan.
